👋 Hello! My name is Ameen. I’ve always had a passion for food. I started working in a food truck back in high school, even when the job was tough, through scorching summers and freezing winters, I loved every minute of it. No matter the weather, we were always ready to serve our customers with speedy service and a smile, striving to create a memorable experience with every visit. Many of the items I offer have a story behind them. Take the Korean Fried Chicken Sandwich, for example: I studied in Korea, where I learned how to make an authentic Korean sauce that now smothers our crispy fried chicken. As for the NY-style Chopped Cheese, I first tasted it from a food truck in New York and instantly fell in love with its bold flavor and texture. That experience inspired me to bring my own version to life. In 2024, I decided to launch my own food truck Pressed! Sandwich, and I hope this marks the beginning of a successful journey filled with satisfied customers and unforgettable flavors.
